The house features 6 bedrooms and 5 full bath . All baths have been remodeled in the past couple of years...beautiful!  Total of 9 beds will sleep up to 18.

3rd Floor Master Suites - 2 very large master suites with King beds (see pics below) - one of which also has an adjoining sitting room with pocket doors, fireplace, and a nice queen sofa-sleeper, which is great for families with smaller children.   The other is the large owner's suite.  Both of these master suites have deluxe baths with separate walk-in showers and soaking tubs.    This floor Sleeps 6

2nd / Main Floor Bedrooms - 2nd Floor (Main living area) - Three bedrooms are on the main floor.  The master suite features a king bed, deluxe bath (large shower only).  The sitting room serves as the 3rd BR on this floor, basically a 6th bedroom, and is equipped with a nice full-size sofa-sleeper, fireplace, tv, and direct access to the main deck. If used as a 6th BR, the bath becomes a Jack and Jill between these two bedrooms.  The other bedroom features a king bed with a full bath just outside the bedroom door and it's bathroom also serves as the house guest bathroom.)  Sleeps 6 on this floor

1st / Ground Floor "Beach House" Room - This large ground-floor bedroom has 3 Queen Beds and has been decorated such that each bed can have privacy with curtains (see pics).  Features a large shower and separate 2-person Jacuzzi tub.  Immediate access out to patio & pool.   Sleeps 6
